Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get set up?

Most teams are quoting and scheduling on day one. Import your customers, add your team, and set your GST region. The defaults are built for NZ and AU trade businesses, so there is very little to configure before you can use it on real jobs.

Does it work with Xero?

Yes. Invoices and payments can sync with Xero so your books stay right without double entry. Stripe handles online card payments from the customer's phone.

Can my techs use it on site?

Yes. The whole system works in the browser on any phone or tablet. Job details, site notes, and completion reports are made to be filled in from the van or the site, not just the office.

What happens when my trial ends?

You pick a plan and keep working, and nothing is deleted. If you decide it is not for you, your data stays exportable and you simply stop being billed.

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. Customers get clean web links for quotes, invoices, bookings, and job reports. They can approve a quote or pay an invoice from their phone with nothing to download.
