How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually within a few hours during NZ and AU business hours. If it is urgent and you are a customer, use the help option inside your workspace so it lands with your account attached.
Do you do phone calls?
Yes, but we book them rather than run a call centre. Send a message with your number and a good time, or book a demo slot and we will call you then.
Can you help me move from another system?
Yes. Tell us what you are moving from (spreadsheets, another job management tool, or paper) and we will walk you through importing customers and getting your first week of jobs loaded.
